1. The Present

General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter „GTC“) govern all orders for the purchase and delivery of goods in the online shop of BLACK DHEEP TATTOO (hereinafter „BLACK DHEEP TATTOO“) as well as all orders for the purchase and delivery of goods that are placed with TATTOO LOUNGE LEIPZIG by telephone, email, or other means of communication. They govern the conclusion of the contract between BLACK DHEEP TATTOO and the buyer (hereinafter „customer“), the processing of concluded contracts, and the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties.

2. Customers Within the Meaning of This

The Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to consumers (hereinafter referred to as „consumers“) of legal age. A consumer in the above sense is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

3. On the Validity of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the contractual relationship between the contracting parties in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the application of these terms and conditions of sale to the contractual relationship. Deviating and individual agreements made with the customer in individual cases, including additions, changes, or collateral agreements, only apply if both contracting parties have expressly agreed to their validity. The consent requirement also applies if BLACK DHEEP TATTOO has carried out the delivery to the customer without reservation in full knowledge of the customer’s terms and conditions.

4. Orders Placed Outside the Online Shop

If orders are placed at tattoolounge-leipzig.de and are processed outside the online shop, these terms and conditions apply in the version valid at the time of a customer’s order within the scope of application according to Section 1.1 for all contracts for the sale and/or delivery of goods. BLACK DHEEP TATTOO reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. However, the changed terms and conditions only apply when BLACK DHEEP TATTOO has informed the customer of the changed terms and conditions and only for orders after receipt of the notification of the change from the customer.

5. Notes on Statutory Provisions

Notes within these Terms and Conditions on the validity of statutory provisions are for clarification purposes only. Even without such clarification, the statutory provisions apply unless they are directly modified or expressly excluded in these Terms and Conditions.
